Healthy Dessert: Chocolate-Covered Peanut Butter Yogurt Strawberries😍 These are such a fun and easy dessert idea😋

Ingredients for two servings:
1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt (120 ml / 125g)
2 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter (I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts)
20 strawberries

Topping:
2 oz. / 60g 80% dark chocolate
1/2 teaspoon coconut oil

1. Mix Greek yogurt and peanut butter together
2. Dip the strawberries in the yogurt mixture. Place them onto a plate lined with parchment paper
3. Let set in the freezer for about 30 minutes or until the yogurt layer has set
4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave with the coconut oil
5. Dip the strawberries in the chocolate and enjoy!
