Fudgey chocolate cake
2 eggs
1/4 cup coconut or monk fruit sugar
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup almond flour
1 tbsp cacao
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup nut butter
3/4 cup chocolate chips, melted.
350F for 12-14 mins.
Raw cookie dough balls
– 1/2 cup almond butter
– 1/2 cup almond flour
– 2 tbsp maple syrup
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Strawberry crisp
– 1 cup strawberries
– 1/2 tsp vanilla
– 2 tsp tapioca flour
– 1/4 cup almond flour
– 2 tbsp sliced almonds
– 2 tsp coconut sugar or monk fruit
– 2 tbsp coconut oil
– 350F for 14 mins

I have just made the chocolate cake, it is amazing! I didn’t find dairy free chocolate chip, so i use the dairy version. And I used the Monk fruit sugar. I had to bake mine 30-40 mins as it was done. This is for sure my new favorite dessert ❤️
