我只放醬料感覺很容易操輝搭欸
醬料也是有水份，
只是收乾收稠，巴附在表面，
跟滷進去的意義不同，
先煎過，油不就出來了？
那水的密度大，滲透進去肉裡，不是應該這樣嗎？
懵了，那貴頻道之前教的啤酒滷肉，可樂雞翅跟這次的方式⋯⋯到底哪種入味？
