Hi manju l’m suffering from lnsomnia. Before sleep l’ll take a banana n bit of cinnamon powder to take for a better sleep. I’m having hypothyroidism also. Very difficult to reduce weight. Can you give me a good advice to solve this insomnia. I eat rice twice a week only. All the other days l take boil veggies, green gram, sweet potatoes with chickpea etc.,
Can we skip any kind of milk and use only water instead?
