I’m all for using kale, as long as you can make it taste good. One of the most bitter and unpleasant flavors I’ve had with a vegetable. I’ll try it as many times as it takes, just make me a believer.

Why do Italians call it pasta? Pasta is associated with something like paste – tomato paste, toothpaste and so on. Before was it called macaroni? Or not ❌ I don't know really
