Green Smoothie – Celery Drink Recipe – Healthy Smoothie Recipe – Green Drink Recipe – Healthy Breakfast Smoothie
This is my go to drink for when my skin is flaring up, feeling bloated, want to restart my system, or have had higher amounts of alcohol than usual.
You can add different fruits or veggies to suit your taste and it’s perfect for a light breakfast!
Ingredients:
Kale
Spinach
Apple
Cucumber
Celery
Pineapple
Water
You can also substitute coconut water or non-dairy milk such as almond or cashew milk instead of plain water.
For a creamier smoothie add banana or zucchini.
For an extra healthy boost: add a teaspoon/finger tip size of fresh ginger.
