Do you have a cottage cheese substitute that will work for this smoothie? Super lactose intolerant
I lived on green smoothies for 10 yrs. and then developed an oxalate problem. I had to reduce almonds and spinach and go through a list of high oxalate foods, which were the mainstay of my diet. I'm only mentioning this because I wasn't sure if you are aware of it. I was dairy free, so maybe that was my problem, as calcium helps pass the oxalate. I have since added cottage cheese but I have been dealing with the symptoms for a long time.
Thanks you for sharing very good recipes for me ❤
