This recipe makes 2 servings:
2 kiwis
1 banana, (use a frozen one for a thicker smoothie)
1 cup spinach (240 ml)
1 1/2 cups (lactose-free) nonfat/low fat Greek yogurt (360 ml / about 375g)
1 – 2 tablespoons lemon juice, to taste
2 tablespoons chia seeds + 1/2 cup milk (120 ml)

1. Soak the chia seeds in the milk for about 20 minutes, or you can soak them overnight to save time in the morning
2. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth

Many people do not know this but, when you put banana into anything, it negates the nutritional value of all the other foods for some reason. It's the way the body reacts to the banana. Just do a little research and see what comes up.
