The first time I tried to eat the amount that was given as a blueberry oatmeal portion, it contained so much protein (I guess) and was such a huge portion, that I literally couldn't eat half of it and I was full for the whole day. My stomach felt terrible, so I learned to at least half the recipes, maybe even quarter. Also, after about 3-4 weeks (even though I'm not lactose intolerant or anything like that), I got sooo done with dairy, I couldn't eat it for 2 months… Keep in mind, I'm short, so my calorie and other nutrition needs are relatively low. But I have no food intolerances. I just felt like I needed to add this, if anyone feels similar, always keep in mind your "size" and adjust everything accordingly 🙂 Also, I would appreciate some nutrition info as well and maybe diary free option, because they can overwhelm the body after a while. Love your recipe ideas though ❤

    4. You give the recipe while making the food, very rare this days and appreciated!
    5. You don't send us to go to a website with some link that never works and you cannot find the recipe for some reason, and you always show clearly how many spoons/amount you use while saying it.
    6. Well that is a bonus, you soothing voice.
