The first time I tried to eat the amount that was given as a blueberry oatmeal portion, it contained so much protein (I guess) and was such a huge portion, that I literally couldn't eat half of it and I was full for the whole day. My stomach felt terrible, so I learned to at least half the recipes, maybe even quarter. Also, after about 3-4 weeks (even though I'm not lactose intolerant or anything like that), I got sooo done with dairy, I couldn't eat it for 2 months… Keep in mind, I'm short, so my calorie and other nutrition needs are relatively low. But I have no food intolerances. I just felt like I needed to add this, if anyone feels similar, always keep in mind your "size" and adjust everything accordingly 🙂 Also, I would appreciate some nutrition info as well and maybe diary free option, because they can overwhelm the body after a while. Love your recipe ideas though ❤

Or serving please 🥲 i'm type 1 diabetic so i need to count carbs (can i eat how many carbs i want but count them)
I didn't have the light cream cheese nor protein powder for the 'tiramisu' overnight oats, so I just put a big tablespoon of chunky peanut butter and a little more yogurt. I'll update how it goes!

A friendly advice : instead of bananas in chocolate ice-cream, you can use dates, it will sweeten it without overwhelming the chocolate flavor like banana does
