Easy Indian Dessert
Bhapa Doi ( Steamed Yogurt )
Ingredients
Curd 1 Kg
Condensed Milk 1/2 Cup
Cardamom Powder 1tsp
Nuts & Rose Petals – Optional
Steps
➡️ Make hung curd by removing extra water form dahi as shown in the video.
➡️ Mix Condensed milk , Cardamom Powder and mix it well.
➡️ Transfer to baking tin and steam for 20 mins.
➡️ Refrigerate the dessert for few hours.
➡️ Garnish with Nuts and Enjoy this amazing dessert 😋
