This recipe makes two servings:
1 cup frozen strawberries (240 ml / 160g)
1 cup frozen raspberries (240 ml / 140g)
1 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (240 ml / about 250g)
1 cup milk of choice (240 ml)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth
