    Plz clear this doubt as I'm on intermitten fasting.. plz this will help me a lot.can I take chia seeds or flaxseeds when I'm in my fasting period.or can I take chia seeds wit warm water n lime as my morning drink in my fasting period.

  4. Ingredients for the smoothie:
    Frozen mangoes or riped papaya or strawberries
    2 tbsps of chia seeds
    2-3 drops of vanilla essence (optional)
    Half cup of greek or regular yogurt whichever is available to you
    1 cup of milk (low-fat)

    Remember: this is a meal replacement smoothie so please do not consume it along with your meals.
