Huh ,if that high in protein, then my blend is higher higher higher higher ,higher than high. I over doing it then cause it's oats, wheatgerm, almond nuts ,pumpkin seed,wall nuts,other few nuts can't remember the names,dates, dried fruits, protein powder with amino acid mixed with a boost drink , I don't drink it all at once I pure out 10 bottles for the week, after workout I have 1 or 2 bottles with lunch.
