  1. I am also from coastal region of southern Maharashtra , here we get 8 mackerel(Bangude)(110g per piece) for 100 RS. I think mackerel cheaper than whey protein 2 mackerels = 34 g of protein in 25 RS which means 30 * 25 = 750 RS enough for partial protein intake.

  2. your knowlege is really good. I wanted to include fish in my diet but watching few videos saying basa and tilapia are farm raised whcih eats own poop to grow so we should avoid it..I am confused which fish i can eat for health on daily basis..i live in delhi pleaae advise
