There are people very allergic to mackerel, so mackerel is not for everyone. I get boils on skis after eating mackerel rest fish are well tolerated.
I am also from coastal region of southern Maharashtra , here we get 8 mackerel(Bangude)(110g per piece) for 100 RS. I think mackerel cheaper than whey protein 2 mackerels = 34 g of protein in 25 RS which means 30 * 25 = 750 RS enough for partial protein intake.
