Ingredients:
Make 4 Servings
For the pulled chicken:
1 small onion
470g chicken breast
1 tbsp bbq seasoning
90g bbq sauce
1/2 tbsp Worcester sauce
15g honey
30ml water
For the buns:
80g mozzarella
4 brioche buns
1 tsp flora
1 crushed garlic clove
1 tsp parsley
Cooking Directions:
Add all of the ingredients for the pulled chicken to a slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6.
Pull apart and stir to combine.
Arrange the bottoms of the brioche buns in an oven-proof baking dish. Layer the shredded chicken onto the bottoms of the buns then add the mozzarella and finally the tops of the buns.
Combine the light margarine, garlic and herbs in a small dish or ramekin and brush over the top of the buns then sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
Cover the dish with kitchen foil and bake in the oven for 5–10 minutes, then remove the foil and continue to bake for a further 2–3 minutes until the tops of the buns are lightly toasted and the cheese has melted inside.
