2 garlic cloves, crushed
300g 5% fat beef mince
4 tbsp sweet teriyaki sauce
½ tbsp honey
1 tbsp light soy sauce

4 mozzarella slices
1/2 tbsp light flora
1 garlic clove, crushed
Chopped coriander/ other herbs l
1 tsp sesame seeds
A few chilli flakes/ chopped red chilli
Cooking Directions:
Add the spring onion and peppers to a frying pan over a medium heat. Cook for a few minutes, then add the beef mince. Break it up with a spatula and fry for around 7 minutes until cooked through.
Add the teriyaki sauce, honey and soy sauce to the beef. Stir and simmer for a couple of minutes over a medium heat until sticky.
Add the flora to a small bowl and mix in some garlic, coriander and crushed chilli.
In a large baking dish, layer the brioche bun bottoms then top with the beef mixture and the cheese. Add the brioche bun tops then brush over the garlic butter. Sprinkle over the sesame seeds.
Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven for 10 mins, then remove the foil, add some extra butter top the tops if you have some left and continue to bake for a few more minutes until the tops of the buns are lightly toasted and the cheese has melted inside.
Enjoy!
