  1. For those vegetarians out there…did you know marshmallows are made of gelatin (structure) which is made from collagen? Collagen comes from boiling the bones and hides of animals usually cows and pigs? Now because there's no structure in marshmallow fluff, it's vegetarian and I think better tasting anyway.

    I always grew up putting BROWN sugar in sweet potatoes. By the way, if anyone's interested, white sugar is mixed against animal bone to get its shine. I have no clue why. Notice how dull brown sugar is.

    That wasn't very much butter…lol. No butter IN the sweet potato. Everything's better with butter.

  2. It took me 52 years to finally appreciate a Sweet Potato 🍠 and I’m a NC lady lol. NC use to have lots of sweet potato growers. I’m not sure if we still do. It seems everything is imported now which I am not thankful for. Looks delicious Ty Jamie. I am Thankful & Blessed❤
