  1. That is way, way, way WAYYYYY too long in the pressure cooker for a pork loin roast.
I cook them from fresh for about 25 minutes, and from frozen for about 32 minutes, both with about a 10-minute natural release. Perfect – about 140-145 in the middle..

  2. Paula Deen…go get yourself x-rayed to see if all is well. The only time we've been in Savannah, a huge hurricane prevented us from going north as planned, but caused the tour buses from the north from getting the folks to your restaurant so we easily got to eat there when we didn't think we could. Next morning I fell and hit my head on the hard marble floor of the bathroom. It bounced twice. The only time I've ever ridden in an ambulance was that day, to your very large and busy hospital where I spent a couple of days, nothing was broken, but my entire face turned BLACK and that blood drained from my right eyebrow clear down to past my collar bone and my husb. was sure it was going to go far enough to turn my boob black. You and I are the same age and this is what happens to 'old folks.' Dr. ordered us to go straight home from there and our 5 wk vaca turned into 2 wks. Boo!!!

  3. Most of the recipes I saw for pork loin needed overnight marinading and/or 8 hours of slow cooking in the oven. This was a life saver for New Years….. Thank you…. It was wonderful. I always use Tony’s Cachere as my “house seasoning”…. Goes on everything but Chocolate Chip Cookies.
