【簡単♪春キャベツのフライパン蒸し／2人分】 豚バラ肉200g 春キャベツ350g 酒大さじ2 ミニトマト6個(60g) Aポン酢大さじ3 Aごま油大さじ1/2 A白いりごま小さじ1 ①フライパンに食べやすい大きさにちぎった春キャベツを敷く。その上にハサミで食べやすい大きさに切った豚バラ肉をのせる。 ②酒をふり、蓋をして中火で約10分、豚バラ肉に火が通るまで蒸し焼きにする。 ③4等分に切ったミニトマトとAを合わせてトマトポン酢だれを作る。 ⓸1を器に盛りつけ、2をかける。 source
