How to make a simple loaf of bread with no kneading.

Ingredients:
3 Cups Bread Flour (432g)
2 Teaspoons Salt (12g)
1 Teaspoon Active Dry Yeast (3.6g)
1 3/4 Cup Warm Water (100F-110F) (420ml)
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and yeast. Add the warm water and stir together until a dough forms. The dough will be sticky and shaggy. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place until double in size about 2 hours.
2. Place the dough on a floured surface and with lightly floured hands, form into a smooth disk. Cover loosely and let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes. Shape the dough into an oval or loaf shape, carefully tucking under the ends, and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 425F for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack.
