Hmmmm, mine did not turn out like yours, did not rise nearly as much during cooking.
The hamburger buns came out more like discs than fluffy buns. I proofed my yeast and followed everything else exactly.
Not sure where I/it went wrong. 🤷🏻♂️ They still taste good, though. 😋
I never add salt to yeast and many others do the same. I put on top of flour. Thank you for sharing.
can I use convect bake on my oven for these? What temperature would you use?
Do you think this would work with Wheat dough?
❤🙏
Recipe?
I like pretzel rolls . I don't understand what the baking soda bath is for
Followed the recipe EXACTLY, used 4 1/2 cups of flour and the dough is hard and dry
Thank you so much! Most other pretzel recipes don't talk about the hydration level of the bread! That makes such a big difference!
Great video! What is the purpose of the alkaline bath?
This is my go to recipe…amazing!! Ty so much
Followed your steps but the did not have the same brown colour after even 16 min
Do you think this could just be shaped into larger loafs to be used for sandwiches?
These turned out perfect; thank you for sharing! Your detailed instructions were great, and I loved the tips (the microwave idea was brilliant). Mine didn’t come out as pretty as yours, but I’ll work on it!
The prooving method is fantastic.
You know immediately she doesn't know what shes doing when you see the salt tossed on the yeast 🤷
Wow that's really cool, I've seen other videos on how to make pretzel buns but you're really explaining things much better and I really liked it very much.
Thank you 💕
Tried some pretzel bun at a restaurant and have been looking for a recipe.
I am now satisfied
No second rise
