The Fifteen Spatulas website:
Joanne created Fifteen Spatulas to show people the cooking from scratch isn’t as intimidating as they might think. On the blog you’ll find recipes with step-by-step photos and explanations of the how’s and why’s of cooking (like why patting a steak dry before searing is so important, or how the hardness of your tap water can affect the strength of your bread dough). Happy cooking!

There’s really nothing wrong with sugar, guys…it’s all about moderation.
Can you do this with a dehydrator?
😍😍😍😄👌🍬
hi
i tried fruit roll up and it turned out amazing. Then after two or three hours it became hard although i stored it in storage plastic bags. So could u let me know why it got hard. And how to store it to keep it soft and gummy.
Thanks
Can you please tell me why mine burnt within an hour? 🙁 Should I spread out thicker layer of the strawberry puree?
how long do these last before they go bad?
im here beacause I saw this on instant mom
can I use store bought strawberry jam? I don't have any parchment paper. Is there a way to bake in the oven without it and just have it flat as I prefer to just have strips of it and not roll it at the end (also will be easier to give as a treat to my 19 month old daughter without rolling them)
just finished making these. they taste amazing😋
An alternative for sugar is honey.
my mom makes these things all the time for me to take to lunch. they are my favorite snack but today at lunch I got robbed!!! someone stole all my lunch and my fruit leather!! I was really mad. all I did was get up to get a fork and I came back it was gone!
Your volume is terrible. I have to plug in headphones in order for me to hear you. I like your recipe though.

Do I need a lemon

Thank you so much! I used to think you had to put some expensive ingredient in these. But, who knew they would be so simple? Three ingredients! This was extremely helpful! Thanks again!
can I use aluminum foil?
Dose it tast like actual ones
Please answer!!😢
Can we replace the strawberrys with watermelom?
I made these and they came out great minus the lemon. Thank you.
cool
I love it but 3 hours is to much think of it in another way to make it with less time but still good 😃
CAn you not use wax paper in place of parchment paper?
does beef jerky use the same technique as this?
can you do this with apples?
Can u use frozen strawberrys
Thank you for this recipe, tho thinking…refined sugar not necessary. If you want extra sweetness or flavors you can use Agave, Stevia or a combination of both. Strawberries go really well with a hint of Cardamon and Cinnamon. Those spices enhance the flavors beautifully.
Ive seen others that dont add the sugar or lemon juice and also dont cook it first just mix spread and put in oven……would this make any difference?
Tip:you dont need the sugar or lemon you can just leave it as is it still tastes Great (hope this helped out) 😀
Would honey be a good substitute for the sugar? I think I will try that instead.
What's that baking may you use? Silk pad?
Thanks for the video! Can you do the same with blueberries using the same ingredients and technique? I have the wild variety that I picked last summer that are sitting in sealed bags in my freezer. Thanks!
