Honey Garlic Chicken Wings!🍗😍



so easy and so so tasty!😍 It’s no secret that it’s delicious even when it is cold!!

Ingredients
800g Chicken Wings and Drumettes
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
½ tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Egg
5 tbsp Corn Starch
¼ cup Cold Soda Water
2 cups Tapioca or Corn Starch (for breading)
Salt and Pepper

Sauce
2 tbsp Minced Garlic
2 tbsp Butter
3.5 tbsp Honey (50g)
3.5 tbsp Soy Sauce (50g)
3.5 tbsp Sugar (50g)

1.Marinate the Chicken:
Marinate the chicken wings with 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of minced garlic, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 20 minutes.

2.Prepare the Batter:
Add 5 tbsp of corn starch, 1 egg, and 1/4 cup of cold soda water or water to the marinated chicken wings and mix well.

3.Coat with Starch:
Coat the chicken wings with tapioca starch or cornstarch.

4.First Fry:
Heat oil to 170°C (340°F) and fry the chicken wings for around 7minutes until golden.
For extra crispiness: Increase the oil temperature to 180°C (355°F) and fry for an additional 1 minute.

5.Make the Honey Garlic Sauce:
In a pot, add 50g butter, 2 tbsp minced garlic, 50g honey, 50g soy sauce, and 50g sugar. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
(If you want a thinner sauce, add some hot water and simmer until it reaches your desired consistency.)

6.Coat and Garnish:
Toss the fried chicken wings with the sauce, then garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds. Enjoy!!😍
