ingredients:
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 packet yeast or 1 tbsp
1 1/2 cup whole milk
1 large egg
4 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp vanilla
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
the zest of 1 lemon
1/2 cup dried cherries
1/2 cup raisins
extra flour for dusting
for the cross
2-3 tbsp flour
water | add alittle at a time till it thickens
glaze
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp water
