How about new menu modified not sour sour kraut : ;?
Pound plastic (?) bag of store purchased sour kraut in to refrigerator, pat of prep! ?
Purchase approx same size hrad of cabbage, shred head of cabbage and put into empty carrect size cooking pot, grab plastic bag out of refrig, cut corner of bag, drain liquid in to sink drain, not kept.
Open bag fill with freah (tap) wasser, pour into pot of shredded cabbage, then cook – with pork? No? Ok, how about with beef franks.
Serve plates of franks, bread- your choice – & sour kraut. Enjoy.
