EEL SAUCE ALLL DAY
Chefs always making the most unappetizing bland crap with cool ingredients. Go to a country where they actually eat eel and see how to actually cook it. Hell even the Japanese do a better job than this abomination. An eel curry or Chinese braised eel is killer. Smoked eel on toast is just a crime

Eel is fantastic. But eating it is totally disgusting, since it is a very endangered species. In some parts of Europe glass eel (aka baby eels). Is considered a delicacy… Putting an end to the species, only because it is "a delicacy". Shame on they who keep this on!
