I dont know about putting the egg right in the rice. I feel like it should of done on the side of the rice and scrambled then turned into the rice. Looked yummy tho.

I marinade the pork with the liquid stuff before I start cooking it, that way u get the full flavor when u chomp on a piece of pork. I also do the eggs first, you could barely feel the texture or taste the eggs when u mix them in like that. Where's the garlic at yo?
