Two days tops. This includes the day it was cooked on. It's too cheap and too easy to prepare to risk illnes.

Old rice is going to be recooked as fried rice. So you are never going to need to reheat it.
Eating it when theres slime and bacteria on it makes it tastes better and its more filling.
What about rice that is sold already cooked and is shelf stable? Why doesn’t the harmful bacteria form on that rice?
