More water helps the pasta cook more evenly and helps prevent sticking. Its not 100% necessary, but its nice. Just dont try it with fresh pasta or any stuffed pasta like ravioli.
I cook full 1kg of pasta in pot, I pour a little sunflower oil on it and put it in the fridge. And from there, I take portions for myself to eat… like, why cook only 80-100g?
i am 30 and to this day i wondered how much pasta is good enough for 1 portion. Always ended up making more than i need, then tried to finnish it and got sick of it😂
Bad advice here. Using less water for your pasta means the pot is more likely to boil over, and is more annoying to clean, also the pasta is more likely to stick together.
Is there weight measurement for food to eat? 😅

I totally disagree. You need way more water than that for properly cooked pasta
50 grams for 1 adult. Not a fat one..
Okay but how much SAUCE do I need for those noodles is the real question
"100g if you're a big eater" for ONCE i have to disagree with you 😂 i am a slim girl and not even that big an eater and a normal portion to me is 120g
I had 350 the other day
Meanwhile my grown ass taking 450gms and thinking, will this be enough?
Pro tip : use a fridge you only have to cook one saves up on energy, water, pots and pans, and time
bruh nobody eats only 80g of pasta when its the main dish. tf are you cooking?
I don't know, man. This looks like restaurant portions. I make about 300g for two.
I eat 280 grams of pasta everynight
I usually eat 200g😅
I use very less water to boil my pasta with perfect texture.. no oil added. Just salted right..

Anywhere below 150g pasta + 150g meat sauce I am still hungry.
Well, I guess if you have a 3-5 course meal, 80g would be enough tho…
what are you talking about? i usually eat 225g of pasta(1/2 of a package). And this is for adult, when i was kid i ate more
I put half kilos of spaghetti for 3 people , but I'm in south italy ahaha
Wait. There's such a thing as 'too much pasta?' What filthy, degenerate heresy is this?
i am 30 and to this day i wondered how much pasta is good enough for 1 portion. Always ended up making more than i need, then tried to finnish it and got sick of it😂
100g is criminally low
I’m usually eating 40-50 grams an adult 🤣
80 grams? i usually do 180-200 for myself LOL
As an Italian I can confidently say I’ve never run into this phenomenon known as “Too much pasta”
80g is literally 3 hits with the fork and you're done. Lmfao
There is never too much pasta, only leftovers
I agree with the 80g for a normal portion, but the amount of water will have Italians upset…
You forgot to break it in half
I eat 200g, 300g if I’m really hungry at 68kg on 180cm lol
Partstar
Okay so how much is 80g
I always weigh my pasta. There is no way to estimate because of the shapes. The box says 2oz. and that feels about right. 80 g is too much.
80g of pasta are 3 mouthfulls for me.
it's like 5 min crafts. a solution to problem that never happens
i, a 21 year old italian girl, eat 150/180g of pasta since i was like 12… and no, i’m not fat lol
Wait wait wait you say past-ah I thought you said pass-ta
I just empty 300g…
Forgot to break the pasta in half

Do you always end up with far too much Pastor?
Tip im using I found on the internet:
Take as much pasta as you think would fit trough a bottle opening. Thats ~ 1 serving
Hey, you forgot to break it!
yo are you crazy, a normal plate in at least 120-140 gr, me and my brother eat 200gr each .
125g for me…what are you talking about?
I weigh 250 for 3 adults. Water tip is a banger though. I always pour like 3 or so litres.
sad, I will feel hungry on 100g. Normally I eat 130g
what kind of blasphemy is this? too much pasta??? Never!
I eat ±175G and i'm a kid and still slim
