No way that beating gets crunchy when you add butter. The entire bottom will be mushy
This recipe is Crazy. 1st: Chunks of butter all around the chops. Cover the casserole tightly with tinfoil…bake for 45 mins. and that's IT? And they'll be magically flipped midway by the Kitchen Elves? I mean seriously. If you used her exact instructions, you'd have one side a soggy mess, and one side browned. You NEED to flip Chops. Especially if they're thick. SMH
No CC 😔
Delicious looking! Just wanted to say that I really love this older formet of Youtube, the guitar music and the spokieswoman's voice is "down home" and easy to listen to. Thanks.
I’ll sum up the video: coat chops with crackers and bake 45m covered.
Thank you 🙏🏻. 😋
Sorry. These things just look gloppy, under cooked and unappetizing.
I am soo done with all these vids that don't include the recipe in the description! If I wanted a recipe from another web site, I'd go looking on the web instead of on here! Duh! This is click bait!
No, stop making soggy pork chops a thing, stop making it happen
I love you, thank you
You can do this with turkey steaks too 🙂
Not even saying what degree the oven should be at.
Soggy breading is the worst
Why would you cover them, you get 0 browning and with the butter and covering you basically steamed them.
I just made these for dinner tonight. They turned out FANTASTIC!!! What a Great Recipe!!! They were tender and moist.
My Family Loved them. Thanks for the Video and Recipe.😀😀😀😀😀
Those are some fatty chops! Nice! 😐
This recipe turned out wonderful!
For those who are worried that 45 mins at 375 is too much.. is says to cover tight with tinfoil which means it takes longer to cook. The chops were moist and tender, will use this again.
Temperature? 350 or 400 ?
Thank you im so excited to try your recipe tonight
Thank you so much my family loved the chops so much these pork chops were so tender and juicy omg I made 4 chops i was thinking about eating my brothers portion I loved the recipe I will always cook like this from now on thank you
For less soggy chops, remove the foil the last ten minutes (or so) of baking.
