  2. I made these smoked lamb ribs today and it was far and away the most delicious smoker meal I've had. I am in Australia, not sure if that makes me weird. I'm sad our american cousins don't seem to like it but I guess, more lamb for me!

  3. I raise my own sheep and 90% of the meat I eat (which is a lot) is lamb. I think its great and I dont taste too much game flavor and mine are 100% grass fed. Im actually getting ready to cook up 3 lamb hearts right now
