In this BBQ video, I cook some chicken breasts on my Weber Kettle charcoal grill. I used 2 bone-in chicken breasts, or split chicken breasts with ribs. The ingredients to my marinade are a 50-50 mix of oil and vinegar. I also sprinkled in some Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, and Johnny’s Seasoned Pepper. The chicken marinated at room temperature for 2 hours and I also brushed on the remaining marinade several times during the cook. The cooking time was 55 minutes on a 425 degree F grill. Cooking times will vary but the internal temperature of the chicken should reach 160-165 degrees F.
