I’m a line cook by choice of profession. Working 2 jobs at average 72-75 hours a week, and makes about 8$ over the average minimum wage in New England (North Shore Massachusetts) and this shit is hard man. It’s enough to scrape by but it’s the hardest/most amount of hours I’ve had to ever work in my life just to keep up with a 2,200$ rent. It’s interesting hearing your thoughts on a line cook, because I view the profession as easy but only if you make it easy for yourself. I appreciate your outlook asmon
So literally there is no way to f up that steak because it's so marbled.. you can burn it and it will still be soft. The only way you can screw it up is by adding garlic powder.. SALT AND PEPPER ONLY!!A
