  1. Yum recipe. I measured by eye for single serving & used some substitutions. It came out great. I like my veg soft, so I boiled the carrots along with green beans. The ginger is a must, takes flavor to another level. I used handful of seafood medley, clams, squid, shrimp, mussels (great seafood flavor). Had no chicken stock so I used a small piece of seafood bouillon. Exactly the idea for what I had a taste for. I ate the whole Bowl. Thank You

  2. I love your comment about manicure. Growing up, I was used to the turmeric and other scents from my mom’s hand. And I am old styled and dread to add impurity either to nails or it’s contact to food 🙂

  3. Thank you for sharing your recipe and your vulnerability. I think that as we get older we tend to learn care less about what others think of us. You are not alone in your journey as most of us are also going through life. I say do what you love and stay focused on that. Don’t let others tell you what you are or aren’t capable of. You follow your path. Look up Charles Walgreens and Colonel Sanders, of Jessy Owens, Walt Disney… these are people that faced adversity and overcame while following their vision. One of my favorite around books is Good to Great. Please stay focused on your path the rest is noise. Surround yourself with like minded people and experts in your field. Most successful people enjoy sharing with young people that are focused. Don’t compare yourself to others. Be you. You are perfect and authentic enough.
