1 spoonful of pepper corn
4 pcs. of dry basil
3 tablespoonful of salt.

Try ko for 2 hours boil super lambot nya tanggal ang balat hnd pla dapat 2 hours.. Pag frozen p meat siguro 2 hours pero pag malmbot sya n boil msisira pag 2 hours dapat mga 1 hour lng pla or so hayss..
Frozen p bago boil buti hnd mtigas sya sabi nmag mga chef dapat malambot ang pork bago sya boil para tender.. Matgal n ako lu2 pag frozen n pinkulaan iba lasa rubbery sya..
Yung pag boil nyo po ng 2 hours, high heat lang po ba sya?

Tried it,absolutely delicious.Im not sure how long you boil the belly in water with spices so I just boil it for 45minutes.I tried many recipes even bought at restaurants but none is as good as your recipe,thanks for the receipe.
