Mushroom Pesto Pasta
Ingredients:
25g brown shimeji mushrooms
25g shiitake mushrooms
50g king oyster mushrooms
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
smoked paprika
120g fettuccine pasta
Pesto:
1 1/4 cup basil leaves
15ml lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
10g walnuts
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
salt to taste
