I cooked up a small pork roast in the air fryer for an hour,the meat melted in your mouth and the crackling was perfect.
Gonna try this tonight.. Hmmm looks amazing 😋

Thank you! Looks very good and I shall try it immediately. BUT – it is best not t use cheap salt because – according to Dr. Berg – ordinary "table salt" has microcospic PLASTIC in it nowadays.
Use coarse sea salt instead.
