May luya po ang dinuguan pantanggal ng langsa ng dugo, or lamasin nyo po ang dugo sa tanglad saka salain. Sabayan ng paghalo ang paglagay ng dugo para smooth ang kalalabasan ng sauce. Sa amin po boss, hinahaluan ng gata yung dugo, mas malapot at creamy siya.
Yung piniga po mismo, probinsya kasi, may access sa sariwang niyog.
Hindi masabaw yung finished product, pero mapapa kanin ka parin naman po.
Tapos madami yung tanglad.
At may luya sa pag gisa.
Pang kontra daw po sa langsa ng dugo. at pang pa bango nadin.
Pero sariwang dugo naman yung gamit galing sa suking local butcher.
Tapos minsan (version sa bahay namin), hinahaluan ng Pineapple Tidbits, ok din siya (para sa amin). Yung minsan may sasabog na tamis pag kagat mo sa ulam.

My mother is from Bicol where we spend most of our summer vacay when we were kids . . . and we're used to eat Dinuguan but the Bicolano Version – with GATA and young Saba as extender! . . . Hope you do another version of this the Bicolano way. . . More power Chef Vanj!
