How to Cook Pork Humba Recipe



PORK HUMBA RECIPE

Hello! it’s been so busy this past few weeks but today I was able to do a quick cooking and it ended up so good! So now I present you this PORK HUMBA

Ingredients

450g pork belly
onion
garlic
3 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce
bay leaves
pepper corn

  1. Its not pork humba. Ive been a chef for 6 years.. Humba has black beans, banana blossom. And star anise.. And you need to toast annato seeds first in oil then drain. Use the annato oil to saute.. And you can also use saging saba sa last..

  3. Ang pagkakaalm ko po, ang TAGALOG na adobo, hindi po matamis, toyo suka paminta ang main ingredients, ang adobo sa bisaya, toyo ,suka, asukal, paminta. Ang HUMBA po, ang main ingredients, hindi po pork belley, bale option lng yan, naimbento ang pork humba using PATA, bulaklak ng saging, paminta, saging na saba, toyo , star anis. optional ang Black beans. sa bisaya nmn po na HUMba, walang difference sa adobo, pero maalt at hindi matamis ang pork humba nila, dahil sa salted beans, base lang ho ito sa naobserve ko na mga tagalog at bisayang cook na mga kaibigan ko…
