豚こまのしょうが焼き、小松菜の和え物、もやしのスープの3品をフライパン1つの同時加熱で一度に作るお手軽レシピ♪ぜひ試してみてください。 ▶︎チャンネル登録はこちら ▶︎詳しくは”無料の公式アプリ”から検索！ ■材料 (2人分) ・ごはん お茶碗2杯(300g) ・白いりごま 少々 豚こまのしょうが焼き ・豚こま切れ肉 200g ・玉ねぎ 1/2個(100g) ・おろししょうが 小さじ1 ・はちみつ 大さじ1/2 ・しょうゆ 大さじ1と1/2 小松菜とかにかまぼこの和え物 ・小松菜 1袋(200g) ・かにかまぼこ 4本 ・ポン酢しょうゆ 大さじ1 ・マヨネーズ 大さじ1 もやしとわかめのスープ ・もやし 1/4袋(50g) ・わかめ[乾燥] 大さじ1 ・鶏ガラスープの素 小さじ1/2 ・塩 小さじ1/3 ・お湯 300cc ■手順 (1)玉ねぎは薄切りにする。小松菜は根元を切り落とし、4cm幅に切る。 (2)ポリ袋にしょうが焼きの材料を全て入れ、もみこむ。半量ずつクッキングシートにのせ、軽く広げる。クッキングシートの上下の端を重ね合わせるようにして2回折りたたみ、端をねじるようにして包んで端は上に向ける(しょうが焼きパック)。 (3)別のクッキングシート2枚にそれぞれ小松菜ともやしを広げる。クッキングシートの上下の端を重ね合わせるようにして2回折りたたみ、端をねじるようにして包んで端は上に向ける。 (4)フライパンにしょうが焼きパック、小松菜を包んだもの、もやしを包んだものを入れ、隙間から水(分量外:150cc)を加える。中火で熱し、煮立ったらふたをする。具材に火が通るまで弱めの中火で8〜9分ほど蒸す。(ふたをするときにはクッキングシートがフライパンから出ないように注意しましょう。肉に火が通るまでしっかり加熱しましょう。加熱時間が足りない場合は様子を見て調整してください。) (5)小松菜は水にさらして水気をしぼり、ボウルに入れる。かにかまぼこをさきながら加え、ポン酢しょうゆ、マヨネーズを加えてあえる(小松菜とかにかまぼこの和え物)。 (6)耐熱性のカップにもやし、わかめ、鶏ガラスープの素、塩を半量ずつ加え、お湯を半量ずつ注ぎ入れる。軽く混ぜる(もやしとわかめのスープ)。 (7)器にごはんを盛り、しょうが焼きパックをクッキングシートごとのせる。もやしとわかめのスープ、小松菜とかにかまぼこの和え物をのせ、ごはんの上に白いりごまをちらす。(しょうが焼きはクッキングシートを開いてからお肉をほぐすように全体を軽く混ぜましょう。そうすることで調味液と馴染みます。) ▶︎au Shortでもデリッシュキッチンの簡単レシピを配信中！ ※料理を楽しむにあたり、気をつけていただきたいこと ———————————- お問い合わせはこちら ———————————- 声：音読さん source
