In this video I show you how to cook this Bisaya pork humba in English as my aim within Naomi’s Filipino Kitchen is to show how to cook Filipino recipes in English so that the rest of the world can enjoy the best of Filipino cuisine.

Adobo is probably one of the most well known Filipino recipes in Visayas and Mindanao parts of the Philippines and comes in a variety of recipes from Pork Adobo, Chicken Adobo even using squid known as Adobong Pusit.

Other versions are Pork Humba, Pork Menudo,

Pork Humba is a bisaya recipe that is a sweet-savoury dish that is very easy to cook and has an abundance of flavour. This Pork Humba recipe dish is very easy to cook in just one pot. I guess you could call me the Filipino one-pot chef.

Pork Humba Ingredients are:
1 kilo of pork belly, sliced into cubes
300 ml 7up or sprite
6 cloves of garlic, minced
2 onions, peeled and sliced thinly
1/2 cup dark soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar.
