– 2 lbs pork spare ribs
– 4 cloves garlic
– 1/2 tbsp ginger
– 2 tsp sugar
– 2 tbsp cooking oil
– 1/4 cup water
– 1/4 tsp pepper
– 4 tsp oyster sauce
– 4 stalks green onions

I like to steam my pork ribs first, that way make the meat more tender and I also add lil bit of soy sauce to make the colour more appealing ๐
