  2. Followed you except was afraid I started too late and ran it at 300. Man they were awesome. Had a bunch of people over and someone said that they were the best ribs they ever had. I don't about that especially Ince it was my first time on the pellet stove with ribs. You are the man thanks

  3. Just cooked this for my first ever cook. Came out a tad dry but I think it's because I had a cheap rack instead of sourcing from the butcher. MAN did it taste good though. Thanks so much for the tutorial 😊
