You shouldn't use Hydrogenated oil. You might as well use WD-40, it's just about as healthy

"I cant believe its not butter" = non-dairy plant-based oil with preservatives. If you want butter, just melt down some butter, put it in a spray bottle.

Just cooked this for my first ever cook. Came out a tad dry but I think it's because I had a cheap rack instead of sourcing from the butcher. MAN did it taste good though. Thanks so much for the tutorial 😊
