Seafood Boiling

Ingredients:
Half kilo shrimp
Half kilo octopus
1 Kilo crab
Half kilo tahong
Butter 400g
Roasted garlic 40g
Kalamansi (15 pieces extracted)
Black pepper powder (1 teaspoon)
Red cayenne pepper powder (3 tablespoon)
Cajun seasoning powder (3 tablespoon)
Allspice ground (1 tablespoon)
Chili powder (2 teaspoon)
Sweet corn (2 pieces)
Lemon or orange
Potato
Salt
Seasoning mix (Magic Sarap Or Aji Ginisa)

  1. I've done this recipe many times and it's always a hit! My relatives are always looking forward to this dish! The only 2 things I changed:
    1. Steamed instead of boiled.
    2. We don't mix everything inside a plastic bag. Instead, we dip the seafoods in the sauce.

I put lemon onions salts sa boiling water ko first the potatoes mganda marble potato gamitin pg malapit na maluto sunod ko sweet corn. Then crab pgnaluto tanggalin then shrimp then mussels tpos pusit. Ung pingpakuluan sarap if titikman mo. T hen i prepare the butter garlic sauce with paprica pepper minsan nilalagyan ko ng konti from the broth pingpakuluan. The hinahalo ko lol hat sa mlaking wok. I like the idea mixing in a plastic mas mahahalo mo in that way wag lng sana mabutas ng mga crab. I like all the procedure un sa pgpapakulo lng parang ang hassle sa ibaibang tubig ipapakulo.
