Don't thionk for one minute that you have a lifetime warranty on this equipment — I have been waiting for MONTHS on Kamado Joe to send me warranteed parts, and NOTHING to date. I have received broken items from them and they have never replaced them. This company is an e-commerce cash creating hype machine. There is NOTHING behind the warranty – not even a PHONE NUMBER. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY.

Just bought the 2017 big Joe and got the cover. It sucks. Nice to see that he Classic Joe has a latch. Would be helpful on the Big Joe cover. Useless in any type of weather.
