レシピはこちら⇩ ■鶏と野菜の黒酢あん- [2人分] 鶏もも肉1枚(250g)※むね肉でも可 人参1/2本(75g) れんこん1/2節(100g) 片栗粉適量 油大さじ1~2 A醤油・酒大さじ1 Aごま油小さじ1 Aおろしにんにく・おろし生姜小さじ1/2 B黒酢大さじ3 Bオイスターソース大さじ2 B砂糖・酒・みりん大さじ1 B片栗粉小さじ1 [作り方] ①人参は一口大の乱切りにする。耐熱容器に入れ、ふんわりとラップをし600W2~3分加熱する。れんこんはピーラーで皮をむき、5mm厚の輪切りする。 ②鶏もも肉は表面についている水分をキッチンペーパーでふき取り、黄色い脂肪や筋を取り除く。一口大に切ってビニール袋に入れ、Aを合わせてもみ込む。たれをきってから片栗粉をまぶす。 ③フライパンに油を熱し、鶏肉の皮目を下にして並べ、隣にれんこんを加えて中火で炒める。 ➃火が通ったら、人参を加えてさっと炒める。余分な油をペーパータオルで拭きとり、弱火にしてから混ぜ合わせたBを回し入れる。全体にたれがからむように、とろみがつくまで炒める。 ■レンジで簡単♪豆苗のお浸し- [2人分] 豆苗1袋(100g) Aめんつゆ(2倍濃縮)大さじ1 A水大さじ1 削り節適量 [作り方] ①豆苗は根元を切り落とし、長さ半分に切る。ボウルに入れてふんわりとラップをし、600W1分30秒加熱する。 ②粗熱をとり、ペーパーで水気をふきとり、Aに漬ける。削り節をのせる。 ■玉ねぎとわかめの中華スープ- [2人分] 玉ねぎ1/4(50g) 乾燥わかめ2~3g A水400ml A鶏ガラスープの素小さじ2 Aしょうゆ小さじ1 ごま油少々 白いりごま小さじ1 [作り方] ①玉ねぎは薄切りにする。鍋にAを入れて中火にかける。煮立ったら玉ねぎを入れて3~5分煮る。 ②乾燥わかめを加え、ごま油をたらし、白いりごまを加えて混ぜる。 #ゆり子のおいしい暮らし#簡単レシピ#時短レシピ#おぼんごはん#和食ごはん#節約レシピ#献立#味噌汁#味噌汁レシピ#副菜#副菜レシピ source

What this really shows is the difference between Eastern & Western cooking styles! Dad’s onions looked straight out of Pacific Island Nation cooking (Thai, Vietnam, Philippines, etc) and look right at home in Pho, curry, or a soup with lemongrass.
Meanwhile, the Son’s onions looked like what you’d see on top of Chicken&Rice, Fajitas, Pasta, or “proper” French cooking.
So, really, it’s a matter of taste, cuisine, and culture.
Dads looked worse, not like the sons was any better.
It’s called cutting on a bias for a reason, turn it diagonally.
They both keep blunting their knife by using it as a bench scraper, instead flip it and scoop with the top edge
Dull knife…
Don't use the sharp side of the blade as a bench-scraper. Use the other side, or use a bench-scraper. You're dulling your knife every time you clean up the cutting board with the sharp side of the blade.
