You had me at ‘slab pie’. 🤩😋😊
Lane99 has an ATK episode on their YouTube channel. I am not sure how to let ATK know but doubt they have your permission.
This is funny (to me) – I just interlace the top of the pie casually, never caring what it looks like… tastes just the same.
But, each to their own.
Anyone can die anytime, do not wait until you are on your deathbed before you repent and ask God for forgiveness. Have a genuine repentance and be born again today because tomorrow is not promised. Seek Heavenly things NOT earthly things.
Many, many years ago, I confiscated my daughter's rolling lattice cutter when she outgrew Play Doh. I've used it to make lattice topped mixed berry pies many, many times since. Works just like the metal one shown on this video and sold on Amazon. I also took her small rolling pin and a few Play Doh cookie cutters in various shapes. 😊
The lattice weaving … why didn't I think of that!
Another great lesson. Thank you Christie! You are a dear.
Could you share the link to any strussel topped coffee cake you make have please. Thank you.

Hello ATK Salutations from California 😋

Very helpful! Thank you.
Christie…you are my shero!!!! Thank you so much.
You are my favorite Christie.
Very creative. I never thought to make a slab pie. I am definitely going to try this when the peaches 🍑 are in season.
It's really not complicated. Even someone who doesn't do a lot of baking, can do these crusts.
