That Yeti tip is fantastic!
Steak seems like a horrible choice to mass produce for feeding a big crowd, maybe stick to steak and cheese sandwiches instead.
Keep'on.. keep'in.. on…
America loves your family
I'll bet a yeti can eat 250 steaks😅
Some sirloins
Top sirloin my Abuelo and Tío loved that cut.
Not many people know Johnny Horton. I love his music. Especially Whispering Pines. Very relaxing to me.
You da man mr. Kent !!!
This must have been so fun. 😊
Wyoming could save this country, just saying. Peace love light y'all. Last real place left I swear. I love being a wyomingite 🤍
Big thumbs up for the Lazy T Ranch for donating those steaks to our troops! Thank you for your service to all the military and their families too! 🇺🇸❤
Kent you know how cook steak appreciate your cooking thanks have blessed Sunday 🙌
Awesome 😊
Looks so delicious. Always enjoy your videos. Have a super great evening.
Welcome to my home country 🤠👍👍👍
What a stud…. Gettteeerrrr done buddy!
I that’s all my cousins at the table at the end of the video.
I prefer mine to be medium rare, let it sit in the Yeti cooler for another half hour😂
Awesome! Great tips & a great way to say thank you to the Troops!
You gotta Love Kent Rollins! Great man. His recipes and tips are fantastic but his character outshines his great videos and food.
When you see there’s that many men behind you getting in the same steak , you get it how it is. And when cowboy Kent is there it is really good no matter which way is cooked. ❤
❤🙏
amazing tips Mr Rollins – never heard of the lime juice part.
🤤
Dry the steak before seasoning, all that blood
Trick for an extra nice crust on a steak or just about anything. Season, set on a grate over a pan and refrigerate uncovered for 24 hours. It's like a poor man's dry age. Great crust with less effort which means less time on the heat of you like it rare. Try the fridge trick with wings too! Especially if grillin. But maybe don't cook those rare lol. God Bless y'all ❤
Awesome Short, Brother Ken
Proud to be from Wyoming with the way Lazy T helped out these troops! ❤
Brilliant!!!
Thanks for all you do for folks on the ground as well as online. Thanks also for the tip on lime and lemon juice!
They now make pellet grills that use charcoal. That's the greatest way to grill in history.
Done North to Alaska twice.
Wow!
Thank you Kent for feeding our troops. ❤
Johnny Horton. My dad had us kids exposed to all kinds of music.
Tried the lime on my T bone steak for dinner tonight. It was only for an hour though. Next time a bit longer.
This guy’s videos get me into trouble every time I watch one then bbq for my family because I have to make what he does. Never a complaint when they are eating though.
I have just found your show and it brings me great happiness. The combination of your history lessons, family stories, and incredible recipes have made your channel must watch tv. Thank you sir and maam.
I was stationed there back in the day. Wish I was there for this.
outstanding
There are 50,000 Steak recipes. All are good
I soak my steaks in worcestershire sauce with a dash of lemon juice for a couple days before grilling. Both of these fluids are acidic, and really soften the meat. Lime juice does the same, but it has to have time on the meat.
Just FYI: if you’re in the Army and you’re suddenly surprised with a steak dinner, something bad is about to happen.
