I don’t think the 135 degrees is hot enough to cook to. I would cook the steaks to 150 to 160 degrees F to kill e coli poisoning.

You can’t do something nice for anyone. Immediately people start commenting that’s something is wrong with the way you cook it. No wonder the Chefs drag their steaks across the floor and add the secret sauce before sending it back to the customer. I like the video.
